As an Atlanta ISD Staff member, I began teaching at Atlanta Primary in 1992, where I taught Kindergarten for 14 years. Following that assignment, I later worked as a Reading Interventionist until 2007. In 2008, I began working as a Dyslexia Therapist and currently hold the same position. I am privileged to work with students of all ages by helping them overcome their reading difficulties.
My husband, Stephen, and I have been married for 34 years. We are blessed with two wonderful children, Michael and Hannah Grace, a special daugher-in-love, Sydney and two precious granddaughters.
Stephen, Michael, Hannah Grace and I are Atlanta High School graduates. It’s always a great day to be a RABBIT!
When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy traveling, shoppng, reading, and absolutely LOVE going to the beach!
